Who We Are

Revitalize Kenton formed in April 2024 after a Downtown Assessment Resource Team visit from Heritage Ohio. We follow the Main Street approach — community-led revitalization through organizing, design, promotion, and economic vitality. This is Kenton's second attempt at downtown renewal. The first effort, 25 years ago, failed for lack of funding. This time we're building on something stronger: participation. Local volunteers who live here, work here, and believe this place is worth the effort.

No Lifetime Commitment

Help with one project, then decide if you want to do it again. No pressure. No long-term obligations.

Bring the Skill You Already Have

Trades, design, baking, teaching, bookkeeping, muscle. Everything is useful. If you can do it, a project needs it.

Work Alongside Neighbors

People meet residents they'd never have met otherwise. They leave wanting to do it again.
